Four: performance
This product is white rhomboid crystal. Insoluble in water; soluble in ethanol, ether, benzene, cumene and other organic solvents. Specific gravity 1.048, sublimation under high vacuum, theoretical active oxygen 5.92%, decomposition temperature 90 ℃.
Half-life in benzene: 1 minute at 171°C; 10 hours at 117°C; 100 hours at 101°C.
Five: use
DCP is an excellent organic peroxide, mainly used as polyethylene, EVA resin crosslinking agent; and ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM), natural rubber, nitrile rubber vulcanizing agent; polymerization initiator; also can be used as unsaturated polyester curing agent; polypropylene melt index regulator. Widely used in wire and cable, EPS, shoes, flame retardant coatings and other industries.
Six: packaging, storage and transportation
(1) This product is packaged in PE plastic bags, each bag has a net weight of 5kg; the outer packaging is corrugated paper, each box has a net weight of 20kg.
(2) Storage temperature: below 30 ℃.
(3) Avoid sun exposure and rain during transportation;
(4) Avoid heating, and it is strictly prohibited to store and mix with strong acid, reducing agent, etc.
